Added several sounds for various key presses – for hit, misprint etc.
Mostly for visually impaired users.

The text is multi-line now and the actual input is recorded.

The main menu and the Settings dialog were made instead of the Options panel for more convenience.

It displays now the current keyboard layout and the state of the keys Shift and Caps Lock.
It also proposes to press Shift and Caps Lock when necessary.
